Maintenance Policy
The Website Care Plan is designed to keep your website secure, updated, and running smoothly through routine monthly maintenance.
Routine maintenance includes:
- WordPress core updates
- Theme updates
- Plugin updates
- Website backups
- Basic post-update testing
- Security monitoring
Routine maintenance is preventative in nature and typically requires one hour each month.
Occasionally, updates may uncover compatibility issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, custom code, or unsupported software. If this occurs, your website will be restored from the most recent backup whenever appropriate to minimize disruption.
Troubleshooting, debugging, repairing plugin conflicts, resolving compatibility issues, content changes, redesign work, custom development, or other services beyond routine maintenance are not included in the monthly Website Care Plan.
If additional work is required, you’ll receive an explanation of the issue, a recommended course of action, and an estimate before any billable work begins. Additional services are billed at Dolbeer Creative’s current hourly rate.

- Administrative access to your current WordPress website and hosting account is required to perform a website backup and migration.
- Complimentary website migration includes standard WordPress websites. Exceptionally large or unusually complex websites may require additional time and may be quoted separately.
- Domain registration is not included unless otherwise specified.
- Promotional pricing applies only to new hosting customers and cannot be combined with other offers.
- Website Care Plan subscriptions renew monthly until canceled.
- Website Hosting subscriptions renew annually until canceled.
